So today is I am trying out a new format: Video reviews. I'm also adding a new feature called Video Game Necropolis. Basically it's a feature in which I can talk about video games (past and present) that keep you up well past your bedtime saying "Just a little longer...."
For the first review, I've chosen to revisit The Movie Monster Game....which you can read about if you go WAAAAAAAAAAAAY back into the first articles I wrote under the Wizard of Vestron moniker. This is really a testing ground on this one. I fumbled my way through most of it and I'm sure that I'll get better at it, but I'd love to hear some opinions on it. I used Jing as a screen capture software, but they are only allowing 5 minute videos....which I'm not a huge fan of. I actually got cut off at the very end of video number two. So if anyone out there in the blogosphere can recommend a better screen capture program, I'd love to check it out!
Okay, so because of the 5 minute constraint, the review is chopped into two segments. Part I is setup for the game and Part II is actual game play. I hope that you enjoy this necrotic little trip down memory lane!
Part I: Game Set-Up
Part II: Gameplay
THE WINNING SCREEN SHOT!
So there you have it! I hope you guys didn't suffer too much through my first video review efforts and I hope that you will run out and play The Movie Monster Game!
