The Slow And Painful Death of Tobonga The Toshiba

As you may have surmised, there's been a lack of content here on Midnight Cinephile as of late.  There are a few reasons for this:

 - First of all, we just finished doing some major home renovations that took a week and a half longer than expected.  It's really difficult to watch movies when there's nothing but the sound of power tools echoing through the whole place.  Major bummer.

 - Secondly and more instrumental in the lack of posts is the fact that my beloved Toshiba laptop computer (whom I affectionately nicknamed Tobonga) has been dying a slow, painful and (quite frankly) inconvenient death.  It started with power issues.  The connection became loose making it hard to plug in and charge the machine.  Then after a while, she decided she no longer wanted to hold a charge.....so now she will only function when directly plugged in.  So much as a breeze blowing is enough to jostle the cord and turn her off.  The newest symptom in Tobonga's deadly disease is that random keys are ceasing to function.  It started with the question mark/forward slash.  The the letter Z.  Now the arrow keys have ceased function.  I'm pretty sure that she doesn't have much longer to live.

So please hang in there and I promise The Midnight Cinephile will rise up stronger than ever before with tons more reviews, new video and audio content and who knows what else!  It's gonna be an exciting summer!  So stay tuned and thanks for hanging in there!

Stay Spooky,
MC
